Thank you for the wonderful product. We were looking for a custom made water heater for our outdoor hot tub and you have absolutely delivered. Now our rustic looking outdoor hot tub in the midst of nature is complete. The 6000l hot tub takes about 3 hours to heat to 38°C. 10/10 Awesome service!! Thanks to Marlon and his team from KMC Avontuur Engineering, they really represents among the highest levels of customer service we have experienced in a very long time! Once our hot tub and stove was installed he came with all his wood and accessories to demonstrate how the product works. He really didn’t mind driving to our place a couple of times to come and explain and demonstrate. He really puts a lot of effort in everything he does. His responses to any queries we had turned around very fast. Answers and explanations were clear and always very detailed. Friendly, honest, patient! Will definitely make use of his services again🤩 and we would recommend him to anyone out there needing steelwork services. All the best and wishing you and the team all the success!! Marlon gave excellent service. His communication was superb and the oven is of high quality. Specifically, I had a usual space in which the oven could be installed and Marlon was able to make a custom oven which perfectly suited my needs.
